Ricardo Perilla

Ricardo Perilla is a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in various roles. Ricardo started their career as an Operations Sergeant in the US Army and held multiple roles such as Liaison Operations Sergeant, Contract Specialist, and Supervisor S3 Shop. During their tenure in the US Army, they served as an assistant to the supervisor in charge of conducting pre-award contracting functions and developing procurement packages. After leaving the US Army, they joined the SSI ANC as a Contract Support Specialist, responsible for performing contract assignments and supporting 772 Contracting AFB. Ricardo then joined the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) as an ASST. Project Manager to help the senior project manager and monitor project execution, timelines, and budgetary items. Ricardo later joined OST, Inc. as a Project Coordinator SME, responsible for procurement, deployment, and licensing of all systems and related hardware, software, and data communications as allocated through a $14 Million annual budget. Ricardo's most recent and current role is as a Cyber Security Analyst at ITS, LLC.

Ricardo Perilla has a Bachelor's Degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services which they obtained from Thomas Edison State University in the year 2014. Ricardo later went to Webster University where they obtained multiple Master's degrees. Specifically, they received a Master of Science in Cybersecurity in the year 2021, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2016 to 2019, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their degrees, Ricardo Perilla also holds a Project Management Support Certificate from Webster University which was obtained in May 2020, Contracting 170 Certification from DEFENSE AQUISITION UNIVERSITY which they obtained in November 2015, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from American L.I.O.N. which they obtained in August 2019.
