Jessica Hanrahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica began their career as a student worker at Texas A&M University in 2006 and continued in that role until 2008. During this time, they provided technical support to students, staff, and faculty.

In 2007, Jessica joined the IT Solutions & Support department at Texas A&M University as a Lead Software Applications Developer. Jessica developed software and web applications based on customer specifications and was involved in every part of the application development lifecycle.

In 2017, they transitioned to Visa as a Lead SW Engineer / Lead Systems Engineer. Here, they were a member of the Senior ServiceNow Development / Administration Team and successfully led the implementation of ServiceNow Go-Live Pilot and Full Release. Additionally, they managed multiple custom applications and integrations with ServiceNow and oversaw both Jakarta and London Upgrades.

In 2020, Jessica joined Acorio as a Consulting Manager / Sr Technical Consultant. Jessica partnered with various clients in different industries, such as financial, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare, and provided support in Acorio Managed Services, Acorio Virtual Assistance, and Project engagements. Jessica also led SCRUMs, requirement gathering sessions, and technical working sessions, becoming the go-to person for complex technical issues.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined ITS Partners as a Senior Developer. Further details about this role are not provided.

Jessica Hanrahan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to attending Texas A&M, they graduated from the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science (TAMS) at the University of North Texas from 2002 to 2004. Jessica has also obtained multiple certifications, including the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and various ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications from ServiceNow. Additionally, they hold the ITIL v3 Intermediate Certificate in Release Control and Validation and the ITIL v3 Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT.
