Todd Francisco

Todd Francisco is currently the VP of Professional Services at ITS Partners. Prior to this, they were the Director Delivery Transformation at Acorio from June 2017 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for creating and executing delivery transformation programs that aligned to ServiceNow's expanding platform and their customers' increasingly complex environments and requirements, which resulted in tremendous growth at Acorio. Todd also led other key task force teams that were put in place to focus on key areas of growth across the organization.

Before their role at Acorio, Todd Francisco was an Associate Partner - Project Management at Fruition Partners, A DXC Technology Company / Global Strategic ServiceNow Partner from April 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading project management activities across multiple client engagements, including the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting. Todd also provided oversight and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Todd Francisco completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Todd then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Michigan State University. After working in the corporate world for several years, they decided to pursue an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In addition to their MBA, Todd also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance (Certified ScrumMaster) and ITIL (ITIL V3 Foundation Certification).
