Coco Plunkett

Coco Plunkett has been working in the non-profit sector for over 10 years. Coco started their career as a physical therapist tech, before moving into program management. For the last three years, they have been the community events director at It's Time Texas, an organization that works to improve the health of Texans. In their role, they oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from developing the event concept to coordinating with vendors and partners. Coco is passionate about their work and takes great pride in helping to make Texans healthier and more active.

Coco Plunkett completed a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Fitness at The University of Texas at Austin.
