Ephraim Resus is a highly experienced professional in project and service delivery management, currently serving as the Global Service Delivery Manager at ITSM Corporation since November 2020. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager at Strata / SRG Asia and IT Consultant at ORIENTE TECHNOLOGIES (HK) LIMITED. Ephraim has held various significant positions at TeleTech, Five9, Inc., Xerox - Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., Stream Global Services, eTelecare Global Solutions, Philippine Airport and Ground Services Terminals, Inc., and NCR Software Corp. (NSC) / Headstrong. Ephraim possesses strong expertise in managing complex projects, global information management, and client account management, and holds a BSBA in Management from the Philippine School of Business Administration and advanced business education from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
