Malcolm A. Whichard, CPPB, GCPM, currently serves as the Manager of Purchasing for MARTA, leading procurement activities for Atlanta's primary public transportation system. With extensive experience in government contracting, Whichard has held roles including Manager of Purchasing at ProcureForce, Inc. and Procurement Manager for the City of Stonecrest, where negotiation and cost reduction strategies were key responsibilities. Additionally, Whichard has volunteered as a Government Contracting Coach for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta and Operation HOPE, focusing on empowering Minority Owned businesses. A Bachelor of Business Administration was earned at Capella University, enhancing expertise in business administration and management.
