Tamika Spirling-Brooks

Tamika Spirling-Brooks, JD, SPHR, is an experienced Labor Relations Manager at MARTA, with a career spanning over two decades in human resources and employee relations. Prior to joining MARTA in August 2023, Spirling-Brooks served as the Employee & Labor Relations Director for the City of Atlanta and held several leadership roles within Marietta City Schools, including Director of Employee Relations, Performance Management & Compliance and Director of Human Capital. Previous experience includes strategic performance consultancy at the Georgia Institute of Technology and HR leadership at Fulton County Schools and Sacramento City Unified School District. Spirling-Brooks holds a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College.
