Kalyan Balakrishnan

Kalyan Balakrishnan is currently the Head of Practice at I.T. Solutions, Inc., leading the Enterprise Service Management & ServiceNow division. Kalyan founded Proglite, a company that provides tools and products for Enterprise Service Management. Kalyan also served as the President of itSMF SF Bay LIG and restarted the group in 2016. Previously, Kalyan held positions at Electronic Arts, Tech Mahindra, and Plexus Software, showcasing their expertise in service operations, program management, and software engineering. Kalyan holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
