Shaleesh Baburaj

Shaleesh Baburaj has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Shaleesh started their career at Temenos in 2007 as a Junior Analyst, where they provided first line support for jBASE related queries and gained comprehensive knowledge on jBASE runtime and database applications. Shaleesh also developed an Audit tool for clients to monitor user activity.

After that, Shaleesh worked as a Technical Analyst at Temenos, specializing in jBASE, TAFC, and XMLdriver. Shaleesh provided first level support to clients and acquired knowledge on different modules of T24 and COB processing.

In 2013, they became a Specialist - Development at Temenos, responsible for fixing issues in the jBASE application developed on C/C++. Shaleesh also developed Info-Basic code to meet the requirements of TAFC in compliance with T24.

In 2015, Shaleesh joined ITSS as a Senior Technical Consultant. Shaleesh worked on various development, upgrade, performance, and support projects for clients across different geographies. Some of their notable projects include database conversion for Farmers Bank Limited Bangladesh, T24 system performance tuning for Cairo Amman Bank Jordan, and upgrade and architecture review for Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos, Dominican Republic.

In 2018, they were promoted to Lead Technical Architect at ITSS, where they pursued advisory and expert service roles for different clients. Shaleesh was involved in various projects such as upgrading Development Bank of Ethiopia, migrating AML to FCM for Bank De La Nacion Argentina, and designing data warehouse solutions for Banque Central Populaire.

In 2019, Shaleesh took on the role of Sr. Lead Technical Architect at ITSS, focusing on project execution and delivery. Shaleesh also aimed to integrate various systems as an Enterprise Architect.

Currently, Shaleesh Baburaj is a Project Services Manager at ITSS, starting in May 2020.

From 2003 to 2007, Shaleesh Baburaj attended Anna University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication.
