Edward Hallenbeck

Edward Hallenbeck is an experienced operations executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at ITT Inc. since December 2022, overseeing the Seneca Falls Goulds Pumps division and managing 500 associates. Prior to this role, Edward held significant positions at Carrier HVAC as Director of Operations for North America, driving a $560 million business in OEM parts, and at CIRCOR International, where responsibilities included plant management, operations, and aftermarket sales within a dynamic $50 million enterprise. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Brady Corporation and Eaton, where Edward focused on process improvements and operations management. Edward holds a BA in Political Science from Buffalo State University, is pursuing a Master's in Organizational Development and Change Management from Penn State University, and has engaged in advanced social science studies at Syracuse University.
