Mary Beth Gustafsson

Mary Beth Gustafsson has a strong background in legal and executive roles. Mary Beth served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at ITT from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they were the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary at First Solar, Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Mary Beth also held the position of SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Trane, Inc. from 2001 to 2008. Before entering the corporate world, they worked as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from 1989 to 1996.

Mary Beth Gustafsson attended Boston University from 1977 to 1981, where they studied English Literature. Following this, they enrolled at The University of Michigan Law School from 1986 to 1989 and pursued a degree in Juris Doctor.
