Deron R. Harrington

Deron R. Harrington, JD, CPA, is an experienced attorney and certified public accountant currently serving as the Attorney CPA at Harrington Law, PLLC and Harrington CPA, PLLC since January 2006 and as General Counsel at MMLJ, Inc. since June 2018. Previously, Deron was a partner and principal at Harrington, Carbone & Allison, LLP from May 2003 to December 2015. Deron's early career includes senior roles in commercial trading at Reliant Energy, Ameren, and Aquila, along with experience at Kerr McGee Corp. Deron holds a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston, a graduate degree in Tax from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
