Vivian Wei Guo

Vivian Wei Guo is a Ph.D. Research Fellow at IT-Universitetet i København since September 2023 and an Affiliate Researcher at the Universitetet i Oslo, where involvement includes the Oslo SDG Initiative and the 'MultiChina' research project. Previous roles at the Universitetet i Oslo encompassed Research Coordinator and Research Assistant, contributing to sustainable development initiatives. As Vice President (Academic & Business Affairs) of Chinese Professionals in Norway since September 2022, Vivian facilitates collaboration between Chinese professionals and promotes Sino-Norwegian partnerships in various fields. Additionally, as Founder and Consultant of Nordic Green Experiences, Vivian advances green initiatives in the Nordics. Prior experience includes a Research and Policy Analyst position at WWF-Norway and an Advisor role at the Regional office of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Vivian holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor of Laws from Beijing International Studies University, with ongoing education at BI Norwegian Business School.
