Thomas Joseph

Thomas Joseph has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Thomas is currently working as an Assistant Vice President - Legal at ITW Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they were an Associate - IP & TMT at Spice Route Legal. Thomas has also worked as a Senior Executive - Legal at Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) and Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. Additionally, they have held positions as an IP Officer at Yash Raj Films and as an IP Associate at BananaIP Counsels. Thomas has also gained valuable experience as an Intern at Warrier and Warrier, DSK Legal, and Nishith Desai Associates. Furthermore, they had the opportunity to be a Trainee with Hon'ble Justice K. S. Radhakrishnan of the Supreme Court of India.

Thomas Joseph completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law at National Law University, Jodhpur from 2013 to 2014. Prior to this, they pursued a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree in Law at National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi from 2008 to 2013. In 2011, they obtained a diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune. Furthermore, in 2010, they received a diploma in Cyber Law from the same institution.

In terms of their primary education, Thomas attended Chavara CMI Public School, Pala from 2006 to 2008. Before that, they completed their schooling at St. Thomas Public School, Muvattupuzha from 1994 to 2006.

Additionally, Thomas obtained a certification in Mergers & Acquisitions from LinkedIn in April 2020.
