Barry Hamlin

Barry Hamlin, MBA, has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Barry most recently served as the Operations Director for ITW Evercoat, overseeing multiple departments and driving continuous improvement. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager for nVent, responsible for managing a $200M plant and a $75M facility. Hamlin also held various positions at Cummins Filtration, including Plant Manager and Corporate Controller, where they demonstrated strong leadership in areas such as operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, and materials.
