Erik Nelson

Erik Nelson is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and technical sales, currently serving as the Global Technical Sales Manager at ITW Rippey since December 2012. With a diverse background that includes roles as Product Development and Applications Manager, Engineering Manager, and Lead Process Engineer, Erik has developed and monitored quality and process control systems while managing customer quality initiatives. Prior to ITW Rippey, Erik worked at NEC Electronics as a Senior Process Engineer, focusing on process control and efficiency within semiconductor manufacturing. Erik's career began with a Cooperative Education position in Industrial Hygiene and Safety at NUMMI, where training in Lean Manufacturing was emphasized. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
