Aya Nassar

Aya Nassar has a diverse work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Aya most recently worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ITWorx starting from March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Esri Northeast Africa (Esri NeA) from February 2018 to March 2020.

Before joining Esri NeA, Aya worked as an HR Specialist at Alkan CIT from October 2016 to February 2018. Aya'sresponsibilities included managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and informing job applicants about job details and benefits.

Aya also gained experience as a Junior Consultant at El-Araby Group from July 2016 to September 2016. Aya started their career as an HR Intern at SCOPE Communications & Advertising in July 2015 and held a similar role at RA sport the fashion in June 2014. In both internships, they were responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing employee data.

Aya Nassar completed their Bachelor's Degree in HR and Strategic Management at The German University in Cairo from 2012 to 2016.
