Heba Ayman

Heba Ayman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Heba started their career in 2012 as an intern at Etisalat. In 2014, they joined The German University in Cairo as a Teaching and Research Assistant, where they taught and prepared materials for tutorials and labs, managed a large number of students, and provided assessments and projects feedback.

In 2019, Heba joined ITWorx as an Operational Excellence Lead Engineer, responsible for quality assurance and process improvement. Heba acquired and maintained several certifications such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 27000 Information Security. Heba also worked on GDPR Data Privacy Compliance, CMMI Capability Maturity Model Integration, and EcoVadis Sustainability.

Simultaneously, in 2020, Heba worked as a Happiness Coach at The Perfect Day Guide, aiming to spread happiness and positive mindset.

Heba also took the role of a Teaching Assistant in the Habit Builder Challenge at Improvement Pill in the same year, assisting with teaching activities.

Heba Ayman completed their Thanaweyya Amma in Math from Orouba Language School in the period between 1997 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Computer Science from The German University in Cairo, graduating between 2009 and 2014.
