Executive Director, Global Services at ITWorx

As a Global Services Executive Director, Michael manages ITWorx Services Organization; his role includes leading the services strategy, overseeing the delivery of high-value services, projects and consultancy to customers, assuring that the company generates target revenue and margins, in addition to providing leadership and vision for the whole organization. People happiness comes as a priority to him and he is focused on achieving the ITWorx People agenda along with the leadership team.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology across different business sectors and domains with a strong focus on delivery management, business development, projects, people management, and technical sales. Michael brings experience in different regions and cultures, mainly in Egypt, the USA, GCC & the African continent.

Prior to ITWorx, Michael worked at Microsoft as a Technical Sales Manager – Intelligent Cloud for the MEA region, he also was the Technical Director at OMS after spending 5+ years as the Services Delivery Manager there.

Michael graduated from the Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Computers Engineering.
