Dr. Frederic Altfeld

Dr. Frederic Altfeld is currently the Head of Growth Strategy and Innovation at IU Group since March 2023. Previously, Dr. Frederic worked at Amazon as the Head of Instalment Lending Germany in 2022, and at hy - the Axel Springer Consulting Group as an Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2022. Dr. Altfeld also has experience as an Associate at A.T. Kearney, a Research Associate at ESCP Business School, and held various internships at companies like Horváth & Partners, Roland Berger, Vodafone, and more. Dr. Frederic holds a PhD in International and Strategic Management from ESCP Business School.
