Raffaele Negro has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Raffaele began their career as a Volontario for Rappresentanza Volontari in Servizio Civile in 2011. In 2014, they moved on to become a Data Analyst for SiamoSoci. In 2015, they became an AVP Operations for Zomato. In 2016, they were Operations Manager for Fanplayr, where they helped eCommerce retailers convert browsers into buyers with real-time targeted offers & messaging. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Customer Success at iubenda, where they have reduced churn by 6 pp in a year by implementing targeted strategies and activities. Raffaele has also worked closely with the Product and Marketing teams to gather feedback from users and incorporate it into the development and messaging of the product and services.

Raffaele Negro obtained a Master's degree in Finanza e servizi di gestione finanziaria from the University of Konstanz in 2013. Raffaele then received a Laurea Magistrale in Finanza Intermediari e Mercati from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Università di Bologna in 2013. Raffaele also attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, but did not receive a degree.
