Rand Suleiman

Rand Suleiman is an experienced professional in project management and operations within humanitarian contexts, particularly focused on refugee support and community development. Currently serving as a Project Field Administrative Officer at IUCN since February 2023, Rand manages and monitors the Cash for Work (CFW) components, developing selection criteria for beneficiaries. Previous roles include Operations Officer at UNICEF, where Rand oversaw project activities in refugee camps, and Project Field Assistant at UNOPS, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation. Rand's diverse experience also encompasses roles at ACTED and UNICEF, concentrating on water and sanitation initiatives, as well as supporting research efforts at the Water, Energy and Environment Center. Rand holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from The Hashemite University.
