Renato Fairbanks Ribeiro

Renato Fairbanks Ribeiro is the CEO of iugu, a position held since January 2020. In addition, Renato is a Kauffman Fellow from the 18th class, actively engaged with the Society of Kauffman Fellows since 2013, participating in a prestigious program for venture capital professionals. Previous board memberships include SuperBAC Biotechnology Solutions, Neoway Business Solutions, and Burger King do Brasil from 2014 to 2020. Renato also served as Director of Investments at Temasek from 2008 to 2020, focusing on private equity in Brazil. Early in the career, Renato worked as an Associate at Value Partners and as an Analyst at Accenture. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Private Equity from The Wharton School and a degree in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
