Shaun Smith

Shaun Smith is currently serving as a Capital Strategies Associate at the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Shaun worked at Schroders from December 2022 to May 2025 as a Taft-Hartley Sales Associate and previously as a Business Development Specialist. Shaun gained experience as an Equity Research Intern at Chartwell Investment Partners in the summer of 2020, collaborating with the large cap equity team. Additional experience includes an internship in Financial Planning and Analysis at Lincoln Financial Network, where Shaun supported Certified Financial Planners, and a role as an Associate Analyst focusing on the consumer sector at Temple University Fox Fund. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University, graduated in May 2022, and is a graduate of Council Rock High School South, class of 2017.
