Niels Kalle

Niels Kalle has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Geotechnical Advisor at Iv-Infra since August 2020. In this role, Niels provides support for various sectors including water construction, railways, and infrastructure projects, with notable contributions to geotechnical assessments for significant projects such as Oosterweelknoop Antwerpen and A9 Baho Veenix. Prior to Iv-Infra, Niels held positions at Arthe Civil & Structure, where responsibilities included leading geotechnical engineering for major roadway projects and international tunnels, and at Gebr. Van Leeuwen bv/Ballast Nedam, focusing on ground and foundation solutions. Niels began the career as a civil engineering drafter at Advin BV. Educational qualifications include a post-HBO degree in ground mechanics and foundation techniques and a HTS degree in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool Haarlem.
