Gabriele Severini

Gabriele Severini has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Gabriele currently works as a Corporate Communications Manager at Ivalua since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NFDA | National Franchised Dealers Association from 2016 to 2022, starting as a Communications Officer and progressing to Communications and Marketing Officer and then to Communications Manager. At NFDA, they developed strong relationships with journalists and achieved record levels of coverage in trade, national, and regional publications. Gabriele also strengthened communications with clients and stakeholders through various platforms and channels, including social media.

In 2018, Gabriele joined Drive My Career as a Communications Manager, where they successfully launched and grew the platform, addressing the skills shortage in the automotive industry. Through digital marketing campaigns and collaborations, they significantly increased website traffic and redirected potential candidates to businesses' career pages.

Before that, Gabriele gained experience at adidas as a Training Tech Representative and Sales Representative from 2014 to 2015. Gabriele also worked as a Waiter at The Fish House of Notting Hill in 2013 and as a Bartender at Autobar in 2013. Prior to that, they undertook an Erasmus program at Universidad de Málaga in the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theories and Techniques for the Interlinguistic Mediation from Università degli Studi di Genova, spanning from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriele has obtained several certifications. These include the Carbon Literacy certification from The Carbon Literacy Project in June 2022, the Writing better press releases certification from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in May 2016, and the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certification from the British Council in May 2014. Furthermore, they acquired the European Computer Driving Licence in May 2009 and the First Certificate English from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in May 2009.
