Jim Demarco

Jim DeMarco is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, music, and software development. Currently serving as the Senior Instructional Lead and Certification Manager at Ivalua since November 2018, Jim focuses on delivering high-quality training and enhancing the certification process for partners to ensure effective integration of the Ivalua platform globally. With a long-standing career in the music industry as a musician, producer, and recording engineer at LRB Studios since 1980, Jim also held leadership roles in training and development at GeekHive and Sitecore, where responsibilities included instructional design and technical architecture. Additionally, Jim was the Director of Software Development at Hudson Health Plan from 2000 to 2010.
