Olfat currently works as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ivalua, a fast-paced global company in the Enterprise SaaS Procurement Solution/Platform field. Prior to this, they worked at Infosys as a Talent Acquisition, Corporate Advisor - SAP | Delivery Team, where they focused on candidates with a background in SAP technologies. Before that, Olfat worked as a Freelance Recruiter and a Senior Recruitment Officer at Self-employed and Chalhoub Group, respectively. Olfat also worked as a Recruitment Specialist & Quality Management Officer at Zeder Group and as a Research Consultant at The Top Talent. Olfat Beaini graduated from the University of Atlanta (GCUS) in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System. In addition to their degree, they also obtained various certifications. Olfat became a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter in May 2015 and a NLP Practitioner through The Association for NLP, MindBridge in March 2015. Furthermore, they gained accreditation in Insights Discovery Profiling from Insights Learning and Development Ltd UK in 2014. Finally, they received certifications in Grading System, Behavioral Interview, and Train the Trainer from Standards-HRC in 2010.
