Ajay Phull

Ajay Phull joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2019 as Head of Investments UK and is responsible for all UK investment activities.

Ajay Phull has over 12 years of property investment experience and has been responsible for formulating, directing and executing investment strategies across the risk-return spectrum, including direction and growth of investment portfolios and platforms.

Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, he was Vice President at Vanke, one of the world's largest real estate investors and developers. Within Vanke, he was responsible for formulating a property investment strategy for the UK and implementing it by originating investment opportunities. He previously worked at Brockton Capital, the opportunistic private equity property investor, where he managed underwriting and successfully completed over 10 transactions in the English market. He began his career in the finance and restructuring team of real estate companies at PwC where he acted as counsel in the organization and restructuring of complex transactions.

Ajay is a Certified Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Land Management from the University of Reading.
