Martin Roy

Martin Roy is a representative of the shareholder Charity and Retirement Association of Police Officers of the City of Montreal. He joined the Association in May 2010 as Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2014. From 1998 to 2010, Mr. Roy worked for the Brotherhood of Police Officers and policewomen of Montreal as Vice-President, Labor Relations and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Roy began his career in 1991 as a police officer. He obtained a certificate in human resources management from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal (HEC) and is a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors as a Certified Industrial Relations Advisor (CRIA).
