Michael Neuman

Head, Industrial, US & Latin America at Ivanhoé Cambridge

Since 2022, Michael Neuman has held the position of Head, Industrial, United States and Latin America. As part of his duties, he is responsible for managing existing platforms in the United States and Brazil, as well as for the diversification of Ivanhoé Cambridge's investments in new geographies and new alternative asset classes such as "self storage” or data centers. Until then, as Vice President, Investments, Europe, he implemented investment opportunities in all asset classes in major cities across Europe.

Michael has nearly 15 years of investment and real estate experience. Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2014, he worked for 5 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as investment director in the office and hotel sectors.

Michael graduated from HEC Paris in 2008 with a Master of Science in management and economics. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
