Michèle Hubert is Vice President, Strategy and Transformation. In this role, she leads the global strategic planning and implementation of the changes necessary for Ivanhoé Cambridge to remain a leader in its sector. She also leads flexible multi-sector teams that are responsible for implementing strategic priorities.
Michèle joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2017 to manage the company's strategic planning activities. Upon her arrival, she was promoted to Senior Consulting Director, Office of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, her role consisting of leading planning and management activities, overseeing relationships with various stakeholders and contributing to the development of strategic partnerships. She was appointed to the newly created position of Vice President, Strategy and Transformation in September 2019.
Prior to her arrival at Ivanhoé Cambridge, Michèle was a strategy consultant at KPMG Canada. From 2007 to 2017, she worked with major organizations in the financial sector to develop and implement several strategic projects and initiatives. She has been involved in KPMG's Strategy, Economics and Financial Services practices.
Michèle holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from HEC Montréal, where she also took master's courses in applied economics. In 2018, she completed Harvard Business School's Executive Property Management Program.
