Stephani Terhorst

Ms. Terhorst is an accomplished human resources and employee benefits professional with 25 years of Human Resources experience, primarily in the coal and aggregates mining sector. Prior to joining Ivanhoe Electric in March of 2023, Ms. Terhorst was the Senior Director of Human Resources and Benefits with NACCO Industries in Dallas, Texas. She has also served as Director of Human Resources for Jennmar Corporation, which manufactures various underground mining products. Ms. Terhorst holds Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Professional in Human Resources, and Group Benefits Associate certifications. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from St. Francis University.
