Brenda Eyckens

Brenda Eyckens is an experienced business operations leader with a strong background in program management and customer success, currently serving as VP of Business Operations, PMO, and Customer Success at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since March 2021, and at Outward, Inc. since October 2016. Brenda's extensive experience includes roles such as Sr. Director and Director of Program Management at Outward, and Sr. Program Manager at CooperVision, where Brenda successfully completed a novel technology prototype for presbyopia. Previous positions also include impactful roles at Qualcomm, where Brenda managed a significant MEMS-based display program, and SVTC, overseeing numerous projects for semiconductor foundries. Brenda holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and a certification in Peak Performance Leadership from Stanford Continuing Studies.
