Chuck Putnam has extensive work experience in the field of technical support and network administration. Chuck started their career in 1998 as a Computer Lab Administrator and Consultant/Technician at Certified Technical Institute, where they were responsible for providing hardware and software support and managing network communications.

In 1999, Chuck joined Stevens-Henager College as a Network Administrator and Instructor. In addition to providing support and managing network communications, they also taught classes on networking and computer hardware.

From 2000 to 2004, Chuck worked at Ogden Clinic as a Network/Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for computer hardware and software support, network communications, user profiles, security, and hardware configuration. Chuck also served as a project manager for the implementation of an EMR/EPM program.

In 2003, they took on the role of Network Administrator/Interim Manager at Ogden Clinic, where they managed the support services staff, conducted performance reviews, and handled project management for Information Technology related to new clinic openings and expansions.

Chuck joined Ivanti Software Inc. in 2006 as a Level 2 Software Support Engineer. Their responsibilities included providing high-level technical support for Service Desk software and LANDesk Management Suite. Chuck also conducted customer training on product components.

In 2015, Chuck transitioned to the role of Managed Service Engineer at Ivanti Software, where they managed Ivanti Service Desk, Ivanti Security Controls, and EMSS for contracted customers. Chuck was responsible for patching thousands of nodes with a mix of RHEL and Windows servers.

Currently, Chuck is working at Ivanti as a Technical Resource Manager, starting in 2022.

Chuck Putnam completed their education in a chronological order. Chuck first attended Weber State University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in General Studies. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Additionally, in February 2018, they obtained a certification in ITIL from the institution called ITIL Certified.
