Courtney Tropper

Courtney Tropper has a diverse range of work experience. Courtney most recently worked at Ivanti as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office. Prior to that, they were a Project Management Specialist at EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEES FOR EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS, INC. DBA E3R, INC, where they provided project management support and led efforts to update process documentation.

Before joining EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEES FOR EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS, INC. DBA E3R, INC, Courtney worked at Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. (STF) as a Project Manager and Deputy to the Cybersecurity Information System Security Manager. In this role, they provided project management leadership and managed the Risk Management Framework accreditation process.

Courtney also has experience as a Business Operations Manager at Talkeetna Adventure Company, where they performed various business management operations within the tourism industry. Courtney also worked as a Task Rabbit in San Diego, helping people with various tasks.

Prior to their civilian career, Courtney served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant of Marines. Courtney held various roles, including Training Non-Commissioned Officer, Legal NCO, Ammunition Technician, Transportation Coordinator, and Facilities NCO.

Throughout their career, Courtney has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, coordination, and leadership.

Courtney Tropper attended San Diego Mesa College from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Courtney then went on to study at San Diego State University, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Applied Arts and Sciences, with an emphasis in Furniture Design.

In terms of additional certifications, Courtney Tropper obtained a CompTIA Security+ Certification from CompTIA in February 2008. Courtney also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2021.
