Keoki Bezilla has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Hawaiian Cultural Specialist and New-Hire Trainer at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Passenger Service Assistant at Prospect Airport Services, Inc. In 2013, Keoki joined Brady Industries, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative, providing excellent customer service and managing client accounts. Keoki later became an Account Executive, successfully growing annual sales to over $900,000 and opening over 50 new client accounts. Keoki was then promoted to Sales Manager, leading a team of 9 account executives and achieving more than $1.8M in sales volume growth. In 2017, they became the Director of Marketing and Sales at Simplicity Home Care, where they built a $700,000 book of business in less than a year and oversaw the development of over 30 caregivers. Keoki joined Maple Mountain Co-Packers in 2018 as the Director of Client Relations, driving revenue growth through new client acquisitions and proposing new products and services. From 2019 to 2022, Keoki returned to Ivanti, first as a License Compliance Manager for the Public Sector and then as a Senior License Compliance Manager, leading a team of compliance managers and negotiating with customers at all levels. In 2022, Keoki worked as a Sales Professional before joining Heare Brotherhood in 2023 as a Heare App Mentor. Finally, they resumed their role at Ivanti as a Senior Commercial Account Manager in 2023.
Keoki Bezilla attended Hilo High School from 1994 to 1998 and graduated with a high school diploma. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at Brigham Young University–Hawaii from 2001 to 2003, where they were working towards a degree in Secondary Education and Teaching. Later, from 2008 to 2011, Keoki attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General, and obtained an unspecified degree. Alongside their formal education, they also acquired various certifications, including Negotiation Skills and Data Analytics: Dashboards vs. Data Stories from LinkedIn. Keoki also received the Train-the-Trainer certification from the Hawaii Tourism Authority and the Ka Lama Ku certification from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.
