Manish began their career in 2009 as a Sales Executive at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where they achieved sales targets and developed partnerships with retail partners. In 2010, they joined Jet Airways as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for collecting and analyzing data to increase sales productivity.

In 2015, Manish joined GENPACT as an Assistant Manager, where they developed marketing strategies for Bombardier's global marketing and sales teams.
