Neil Vincent

Neil Vincent started their work experience as a Systems Engineer at Gedys - Diskus in 2001, where they worked on a migration project from CC. Mail to Lotus Notes for a government department. In 2002, they joined Euroway logistics Ltd as an IT Technician, responsible for diagnosing technical faults, repairing PCs and laptops, and providing technical support. In 2003, they transitioned to EOS Solutions UK Plc, initially working as a Development Support Analyst, ensuring the smooth running of PCs and servers, and later becoming the Information Services Manager, responsible for the IT team and systems within the business. During their time at EOS, they worked on implementing system interfaces and an Android/iOS application. In 2020, Neil joined Orbis Protect Limited as the OMS Product Development and Technical Support Manager, where they mobilized the workforce for remote working, migrated a legacy telephony platform to a cloud solution, and implemented various cloud API integrations. Currently, Neil is the DevOps Team Lead at Ivanti, starting in 2022.

Neil Vincent's education history includes multiple institutions and degrees. In 1994, they began their education at Culcheth High School, where they completed their GCSE degree in an unspecified field of study by 1999. Then, in 2000, they enrolled at Warrington Collegiate Institute and pursued an A.V.C.E degree in Information Technology, which they completed in 2002. During this time, from 2000 to 2001, they also obtained a G.N.V.Q degree in Engineering from the same institution. In 2008, Neil attended Warrington Collegiate Institute again and achieved a PRINCE2 degree in Project Management. Later, in 2012, they pursued a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from qa.com. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained the Microsoft Teams Essential Training certification from LinkedIn.
