Pande Jovanovski

Pande Jovanovski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Pande started their career at Hermes Precisa Australia (HPA) in 2004 where they served as an IT Infrastructure specialist, handling desktop hardware and software troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, printer maintenance, and call tracking. Pande later joined Victoria University as a Desktop Engineer before moving on to Datacom in 2006. At Datacom, Pande worked as a Service Desk/Desktop Team Leader and later as an Entreprise Tools - System Engineer, specializing in Computer Associates (CA) products.

In 2010, Pande joined AppSense as a Pre Sales Technical Consultant, responsible for managing user state and settings through AppSense User Virtualization. Pande subsequently took on various roles within the company, including Solutions Architect, Professional Services Director, and ultimately as an Enterprise Account Manager, overseeing the Victorian, South Australian, and Western Australian business. Pande's dedication to their customers and drive for achieving the best outcomes and results were notable throughout their 6 years with AppSense.

Currently, Pande Jovanovski is employed at Ivanti as a Senior Territory Manager.

Pande Jovanovski completed a Bachelor of Business in Electronic Commerce/Information Systems at Victoria University from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they attained various certifications from AppSense, including the AppSense Certified Professional (ACP), AppSense Certified Specialist (ACS), and AppSense Certified Trainer (ACT) without specific start and end years provided. Pande also attended the CA Unicenter Service Desk Administration Class in 2010. Furthermore, Pande Jovanovski obtained the ITIL Foundation Certification Version 3 from Excom in 2009, having prior knowledge of ITIL Foundation Certification Version 2 & 3.
