Pande Jovanovski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Pande started their career at Hermes Precisa Australia (HPA) in 2004 where they served as an IT Infrastructure specialist, handling desktop hardware and software troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, printer maintenance, and call tracking. Pande later joined Victoria University as a Desktop Engineer before moving on to Datacom in 2006. At Datacom, Pande worked as a Service Desk/Desktop Team Leader and later as an Entreprise Tools - System Engineer, specializing in Computer Associates (CA) products.

In 2010, Pande joined AppSense as a Pre Sales Technical Consultant, responsible for managing user state and settings through AppSense User Virtualization. Pande subsequently took on various roles within the company, including Solutions Architect, Professional Services Director, and ultimately as an Enterprise Account Manager, overseeing the Victorian, South Australian, and Western Australian business.
