Rohini D N has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rohini began their career at Hallmark Events and Encore Events as an Asst Manager Operations/Executive Operations, where they gained experience in event management and logistics. From there, they joined Wenger & Watson Inc as a Team Lead/Senior Consultant/Consultant, where they focused on IT recruitment and developed sourcing strategies. Rohini then moved to Aditi Technologies as a Sr Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for building software product development capabilities at Microsoft. Rohini later joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise, working in Talent Acquisition India and later as part of the Strategic Sourcing EMEA & APAC team, where they supported various business teams with their talent requirements. Most recently, Rohini has been working at Ivanti as a Senior HR Business Partner, Manager HR Business Partner, and Senior Talent Acquisition/HR Partner, where they have played a crucial role in establishing and managing HR processes and employer branding for the development center.

Rohini D N completed a Diploma in Event Management from the National Institute of Event Management. Rohini then pursued a BSc degree in Electronics from Bangalore University. Later, they obtained a PGDBA degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Finally, in 2011-2012, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and earned a PGCHRM degree.
