Nicole Sitro

Nicole Sitro is currently the MVE Manager at IVCi, where Nicole provides management and direction to the daily and strategic operations of the Managed Services and Video Network Operations teams. Prior to IVCi, Nicole worked as the Lead Video Conference Producer, overseeing the daily operations and providing guidance to MVE staff. Previously, Nicole worked as a Video Conference Producer, managing customers' scheduled video conferences and providing detailed reporting on conference issues, customer trends, billing, and usage. Before their time at IVCi, Nicole served as an Administrative Assistant at RE/MAX Crossroads, assisting in building the company's administrative assistant role and ensuring accurate data updates and processes.
