Rodolfo Xavier

Rodolfo Xavier has extensive experience in sales and business management, particularly in the Latin American market. Currently serving as Latam Sales at IVECO DEFENCE VEHICLES since October 2024, Rodolfo previously held the role of Latam Sales Manager at Magirus GmbH from February 2015 to October 2024, overseeing a €14 million annual business and leading expansion projects. Earlier positions include New Business Manager at TORA, where Rodolfo developed a business plan for a new area, and Contract Manager at Tegma Gestão Logística S/A, managing significant logistics contracts. Rodolfo's background also includes sales management roles at 3M do Brasil and Michelin, where responsibilities encompassed client account management and distributor relations. Rodolfo holds an MBA and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Vale do Rio Doce.
