Frederico Santos

Frederico Santos has extensive experience in leadership and procurement across various sectors, currently serving as Head of Emerging Technologies and Head of Emission Relevant Components for Latam at Iveco Group since December 2021. Previous roles include Head of Electric & Electronics and Process Transformation at Iveco Group and Purchasing Supervisor at CNH Industrial. Frederico began the career at Cooper Standard as a Lead Buyer and progressed to Owner of Green e Green Comércio de Alimentos Ltda, where responsibilities encompassed project development, financial analysis, and team management. Earlier experience includes roles at Fiat Automoveis S.A. as a Financial Buyer and as a Trainee in the purchasing department at GM-FIAT WWP. Frederico holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Business Administration from PUC Minas.
