Lorenzo Salerno is an experienced operational excellence professional with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Plant Projects Coordinator at Iveco Group since July 2022, Lorenzo has previously held positions at FPT Industrial as WCM Plant Support and at Tiberina Group as both World Class Manufacturing Region LATAM Coordinator and Plant Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Comer Industries as Production System Group Coordinator and Manufacturing Method Senior Specialist at Iveco, where significant contributions to the IPS-WCM implementation were made. Lorenzo began military service as a Lieutenant with Esercito Italiano and holds a degree in Political Science from L’Università Statale di Bari.
