Allen Sugerman

Allen Sugerman has over 30 years of experience in financial management. Allen began their career in 1990 as a Principal at Altila. Allen then served as Chief Financial Officer at MIIX Group from 2001 to 2005, where they managed a $1 billion investment portfolio. From 2005 to 2011, they were a Partner at Tatum LLC, where they provided financial restructuring services to a private equity group. From 2011 to 2012, they were Chief Financial Officer at MiraMed: A Global Services Company, one of the largest healthcare revenue cycle management firms in the United States. Allen then served as Chief Financial Officer at Acclara Solutions from 2016 to 2019, where they processed over $1.5 billion in collections annually. Most recently, they have been Chief Financial Officer at ivee and Managing Director at Palden Management since 2019.

Allen Sugerman attended Claremont Graduate University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in Management.
