Clare Riches

Clare Riches has a diverse and extensive work experience. Clare is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Iventis since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HESGAN Hospitality Limited starting from August 2022. Additionally, Clare served as a Business Mentor at Cornell Tech starting from June 2020.

From April 2020 to December 2022, Clare held the position of Group Chief Revenue Officer at thebigword. Before that, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at TBW Global from September 2018 to May 2020. Clare also briefly served as the Director of Defence Services at TBW Global in 2018.

Clare's career at thebigword began in 2008, where they held several positions including Senior Vice President - Commercial Development from May 2015 to February 2018, Business Development Director - Defence Division from October 2011 to May 2015, Senior Account Manager from September 2010 to October 2011, Account Manager from August 2009 to September 2010, and Client Services Coordinator from May 2008 to July 2009.

Throughout their career, Clare has demonstrated expertise in revenue generation, business development, commercial growth, and leading global teams in winning and implementing successful projects.

Clare Riches completed their A Levels in Foreign Languages and Literatures at Ellesmere Port Catholic High School from 1996 to 2003. Clare then pursued a BA hons degree in English and German at the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, Clare attended the University of Westminster for a short period to study Leadership and Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
