Ricky Santineer has worked in various roles since 2010. Ricky began as an Admin Co-Ordinator at IPS Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Firstsource Solutions Limited as an Executive. In 2013, they became an Executive - Call Center Operations at Ivesia Solutions.

Ricky Santineer is a Chartered Accountant who completed their degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Madras, with a focus on Auditing.
