Karin Amsili

Karin Amsili has a diverse work experience in HR and operations management. Karin currently works as an HR and Operation manager at IVIX since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fiverr as an Operations professional from May 2020 to May 2022. Karin also served as an HR Manager at L1ght from February 2020 to July 2020, where they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding/offboarding processes, and providing guidance to managers. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Teridion from February 2018 to March 2020, where they managed the full lifecycle of recruiting, acted as an HR partner to managers, and handled employees' day-to-day needs. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner at Nextage Ltd. from October 2014 to February 2018, leading the recruitment process and managing HR processes. Karin started their career at Nextage Ltd. as an Office Manager from March 2013 to May 2014, where they handled schedule management, internal projects, and worked closely with the HR department.

Karin Amsili completed their B.A in Behavioral Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2010 to 2013. Karin then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at The College of Management- Academic Studies from 2015 to 2017.
