Reinhard R. Saely, Ph.D. has extensive experience in customer engagement and sales. Reinhard R. started their career at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber as a volunteer in 2010. In 2012, they joined Salesforce as a Junior Sales Representative and worked their way up to become an Account Executive in the mid-market segment. In 2016, Saely joined the Zumtobel Group as a Team Leader for Customer Engagement. Currently, they are working at Ivoclar Vivadent AG, where they started in 2018 as a CRM Management Sales team member. Reinhard R. then became the Team Lead for Customer Engagement and is now the Head of Global Customer Engagement since April 2020.
Reinhard R. Saely, Ph.D. completed their education in the field of Medical Science at Private Universität im Fürstentum Liechtenstein from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at EDHEC Business School from 2011 to 2012. Their undergraduate studies were focused on International Business Administration at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2006 to 2011.
